Description

  • Build and deploy internal applications, dashboards, reporting systems, and operational tools using Next.js, React, and Python.
  • Develop scalable systems that support more than 150 client accounts and replace manual processes with automation.
  • Implement and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), event tracking, deduplication, and conversion attribution.
  • Build data pipelines connecting advertising platforms, backend systems, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Integrate and automate GoHighLevel, Close CRM, HubSpot, and similar platforms using APIs and webhooks.
  • Automate lead capture, routing, pipeline management, follow-ups, lifecycle updates, and conversion tracking.
  • Integrate AI into workflows such as ad generation, lead scoring, campaign analysis, reporting, and operations.
  • Ship, monitor, troubleshoot, and iteratively improve production systems based on campaign and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with leadership, media buyers, and operators to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, and Python.
  • Experience building and deploying production-grade applications and internal tools.
  • Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation systems.
  • Experience in marketing technology, ad tech, agency, or performance marketing environments.
  • Experience with Meta Pixel and/or Meta Conversion API (CAPI), including tracking, deduplication, attribution, and conversion measurement.
  • Experience building marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and data pipelines.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, Close CRM, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience automating lead capture, routing, pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. EST business hours; experience with AI APIs, Zapier/Make, paid media, or agency reporting is preferred.
