Description

  • Build and deploy internal tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and workflow automation using Next.js, React, and Python.
  • Implement and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking, event deduplication, attribution, and offline conversion syncing.
  • Develop data pipelines connecting advertising platforms, backend systems, CRMs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Integrate CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, Close, and HubSpot using APIs and webhooks.
  • Automate lead capture, routing, follow-ups, pipeline progression, conversion tracking, and CRM-to-ad-platform synchronization.
  • Integrate AI platforms such as OpenAI into workflows for lead scoring, qualification, ad copy, creative generation, campaign analysis, and reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve issues affecting tracking, attribution, CRM workflows, reporting, and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, leadership, and operators to identify bottlenecks, ship solutions, and iterate based on campaign data.
  • Maintain reliable, scalable production systems and reduce manual marketing and operational processes.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, and Python.
  • Experience building and deploying production applications or internal tools.
  • Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, or ad-tech environments.
  • Experience with Meta Pixel and/or Conversion API, including event tracking, deduplication, and attribution.
  • Experience building marketing dashboards or reporting systems.
  • Hands-on CRM integration experience with GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience automating lead capture, routing, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience connecting advertising platforms with CRM systems for attribution and reporting.
  • Active use of AI tools in engineering work and experience integrating AI APIs preferred.
  • Performance marketing agency, high-volume paid advertising, Zapier/Make, marketing data pipeline, server-side tracking, and AI internal-tool experience preferred.
  • Understanding of ROAS, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and attribution challenges preferred.
  • Strong execution-focused builder mindset and ability to work with non-technical teams.
