Description

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of local businesses.
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles, local listings, review workflows, and local search visibility.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and search performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare and explain clear, actionable client-facing performance reports.
  • Use Claude and ChatGPT to support research, content, and recurring marketing workflows while reviewing and editing outputs.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance issues in coordination with internal teams.
  • Track client commitments, deliverables, follow-ups, and issues through resolution.
  • Identify genuine opportunities for additional services such as Google Ads.
  • Own account performance, client satisfaction, retention, and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
  • Experience with review management and maintaining accurate local listings.
  • Working proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and explain findings to non-technical clients.
  • Professional experience using ChatGPT and Claude, with strong editorial judgment of AI-generated content.
  • Excellent client communication, relationship-management, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple local business or SMB accounts remotely.
  • Availability to work full-time U.S. Mountain Time hours.
  • Google Ads experience, Local SEO agency experience, local ranking-factor knowledge, and upsell experience are preferred.
