Description

  • Enter and update records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Cross-check data against invoices, contracts, and customer or HR records to verify accuracy.
  • Identify and correct duplicate records, missing data, and formatting inconsistencies.
  • Standardize datasets using filters, pivot tables, formulas, naming conventions, categories, and data structures.
  • Perform weekly audits to maintain data quality and keep records clean and reliable.
  • Organize and maintain files in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Ensure files are structured, searchable, version-controlled, and audit-ready.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports, including transaction logs, status updates, and data audit summaries.
  • Support finance, sales, HR, and compliance teams with data updates and reporting needs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and help improve processes by recommending automation, templates, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Experience using CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • High typing speed with strong accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined, consistent work style.
  • Comfort with repetitive, high-volume work.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours in a full-time remote role.
  • Nice to have: experience in high-volume environments such as finance, e-commerce, or healthcare.
  • Nice to have: basic SQL or scripting knowledge.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with data cleaning tools and compliance-heavy workflows.
