Description

  • Enter and update high-volume records across CRM platforms and spreadsheets, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Cross-check data against contracts, invoices, customer records, and internal documentation to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct duplicate entries, missing information, incorrect records, and formatting inconsistencies.
  • Clean, standardize, and maintain datasets using filters, pivot tables, formulas, and sorting tools.
  • Perform recurring data audits to protect long-term data integrity and keep records audit-ready.
  • Organize digital files and records across Google Drive, SharePoint, and Dropbox with proper naming, structure, and version control.
  • Generate daily and weekly operational reports, including data update logs, audit summaries, and transaction tracking reports.
  • Support cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Compliance with data requests and reporting needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data handling standards aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and internal compliance procedures.
  • Identify recurring data quality issues and suggest process improvements for templates, forms, workflows, and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical operations, or data management roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy with the ability to manage high-volume data updates efficiently.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain strong ownership over data quality.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work.
  • Experience in healthcare, finance, logistics, e-commerce, or compliance-heavy industries is preferred.
  • Exposure to basic SQL, Google Apps Script, or data automation tools is a plus.
