Description

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
  • Convert customer inquiries into booked plumbing jobs and appointments.
  • Guide conversations, maintain control, and steer customers toward the right solution.
  • Upsell services and promote the Pipeline Club membership during calls.
  • Meet booking, membership, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Follow scripts, workflows, and call management processes consistently.
  • Handle escalations calmly and professionally.
  • Support offshore team members and provide feedback to improve scripts, tools, and workflows.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems and process changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, call center sales, or customer service with conversion targets.
  • Strong conversion and closing ability.
  • Excellent objection-handling skills.
  • Experience using CRM and call management tools.
  • Clear, professional English communication.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred.
  • Membership or subscription sales experience is preferred.
