Description

Own customer contracts from initiation through execution, maintaining accurate and audit-ready records.
Drive contract completion through daily outbound outreach, follow-ups, and objection handling by phone and email.
Maintain master tracking sheets and organize contract data using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Update and clean CRM records in Salesforce, including contract details and recurring revenue information.
Prepare and send agreements through DocuSign and manage the full execution cycle through signed completion.
Create and manage documentation for new services, account updates, transfers, and changes.
Ensure AutoPay enrollment for applicable accounts and track exceptions or required adjustments.
Support collections follow-ups for overdue accounts and log all related activity in the CRM.
Deliver daily reports on outreach activity, signed contracts, progress metrics, and contract coverage.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and improve scripts, templates, tracking systems, and contract workflows.

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in contract administration, customer operations, billing operations, customer support, or operational coordination.
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Experience using DocuSign.
Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail with low tolerance for errors.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable with outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and objection handling.
Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Experience working with recurring revenue (RMR) models, billing workflows, or collections operations is preferred.
Exposure to high-volume contract environments, SaaS businesses, or service-based companies is preferred.
