Description

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to customers with overdue invoices.
  • Follow up consistently via calls and emails until payment is resolved.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and reach the decision-makers responsible for payment.
  • Handle objections and guide conversations toward payment commitments.
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
  • Identify the root causes of payment delays and work toward resolution.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve issues affecting collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, payment commitments, and outcomes in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Track customer interactions and ensure every account has clear next steps and follow-up.
  • Communicate payment status updates and issue resolutions professionally and clearly.
  • Identify recurring collections issues and share insights to improve processes and recovery rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or high-volume outbound calling roles.
  • Ability to consistently make 100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Comfort with difficult conversations and a target-driven, high-activity environment.
  • Persistence and ownership of performance and results.
