Description

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, executive scorecards, KPI visualizations, and scalable data models.
  • Translate business requirements into analytics, applications, automation workflows, and technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, alerts, and operational processes.
  • Develop Canvas Apps and model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse to improve internal business processes.
  • Develop Azure Functions, REST API, webhook, and custom connector integrations between Microsoft and third-party systems.
  • Create Microsoft Teams automations, adaptive cards, notifications, and collaboration tools.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, test, document, deploy, and optimize applications, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.
  • Implement security, governance, reliability, scalability, and development best practices across solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure Services.
  • Experience building business applications, automation workflows, reporting systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard development, reporting architecture, and data visualization.
  • Advanced Power Automate experience, including workflow orchestration, approval workflows, custom connectors, and business-process automation.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, REST APIs, webhooks, cloud automation, and third-party integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, API authentication, integration architecture, and automation design.
  • Strong systems thinking, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to own projects from discovery through deployment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI-powered automation, Microsoft Teams app development, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SQL, data warehousing, embedded analytics, incremental refresh, or Row-Level Security is preferred.
