Description

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, operational reports, executive reporting systems, and KPI tracking dashboards.
  • Build scalable data models and reporting systems using DAX, Power Query, and Power BI best practices.
  • Optimize dashboard performance, refresh reliability, usability, and secure reporting practices such as row-level security.
  • Develop advanced Power Automate workflows, including approval flows, notifications, triggers, and other operational automations.
  • Build and maintain Power Apps canvas apps and model-driven apps for internal business use.
  • Implement Dataverse-based business solutions and support ongoing maintenance and optimization of internal applications.
  • Develop Azure-based integrations and automations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud workflows.
  • Connect Microsoft systems with third-party applications and ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and reliable.
  • Build Microsoft Teams automations such as notification bots, adaptive cards, approval workflows, and messaging automations.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, dashboards, integrations, automation logic, and application architecture.
  • Monitor system reliability, troubleshoot issues proactively, and improve scalability, maintainability, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to improve workflows, visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
  • Proven experience building automation workflows, business applications, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, reporting architecture, and visualization best practices.
  • Advanced Power Automate workflow automation experience, including custom connectors, approvals, workflow orchestration, and operational automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, cloud automation, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience.
  • Understanding of API authentication, integration logic, and scalable automation design.
  • Experience with Power Apps and Dataverse is preferred.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-powered automation is preferred.
  • Microsoft Teams app development experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
  • Experience implementing embedded analytics, incremental refresh, and row-level security in Power BI is preferred.
