Description

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights.
  • Build complex Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio agents to automate operational processes.
  • Implement Dataverse-based solutions and analytics systems that turn raw data into business value.
  • Automate end-to-end workflows across operations, HR, and internal business systems.
  • Develop Azure-based integrations using Functions, APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.
  • Build and maintain Microsoft Teams applications, including notification bots, adaptive cards, and workflow integrations.
  • Integrate internal systems with third-party tools and services using REST APIs.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Document workflows, data models, and application logic for maintainability and scalability.
  • Implement error handling, monitoring, performance optimization, security best practices, and data governance standards.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of development experience with Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Advanced experience with Power Automate, including complex flows and custom connectors.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure Functions.
  • Solid skills in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Experience with advanced Power BI features such as row-level security, incremental refresh, and embedded analytics (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps (preferred).
  • Experience developing Microsoft Teams apps, including bots, messaging extensions, and adaptive cards (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI-powered agents, Azure DevOps or CI/CD practices, and SQL/data warehousing concepts (preferred).
