Description

  • Build and maintain decentralized applications within the NEAR ecosystem.
  • Develop a high-performance frontend for a cross-chain decentralized exchange.
  • Design and build an SDK that other DApps can integrate and use.
  • Optimize user interactions for speed and responsive performance.
  • Implement observability and deep tracing across key user flows.
  • Design, test, and implement resilient state machines for RFQ processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical and product implementation details.
  • Shape both the visual design and functional behavior of the application.
  • Bridge interoperability gaps between EVM and non-EVM chains.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of shipping high-quality products.
  • Deep familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
  • Experience bridging EVM and non-EVM ecosystems.
  • Strong sense for design and UI/UX.
  • Ability to build for multiple form factors, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
  • Experience building functional, effective, production-grade platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, organized, maintainable code.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones in a high-velocity startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
  • Experience with React, Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, Xstate, Wagmi, and DatoCMS.

  • Total compensation of $250k - $280k, including $160k - $180k base pay, tokens with 2-year vesting and 1-year cliff, and a 10% performance bonus.
