Description

Design, build, and maintain business applications, automation workflows, and business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, including scalable data models and operational reporting.
Build and maintain Power Apps applications, Power Automate workflows, approval processes, and custom connectors.
Create integrations with Azure Functions, REST APIs, webhooks, custom services, and third-party platforms.
Develop Microsoft Teams applications, bots, adaptive cards, and Copilot Studio-powered workflows and agents.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Optimize existing applications and workflows for performance, usability, reliability, and scalability.
Maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and support user training when needed.
Troubleshoot integration, workflow, and reporting issues across Microsoft tools and connected systems.
Ensure solutions follow Microsoft security, governance, compliance, and access management best practices.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Strong Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard development.
Advanced Power Automate experience, including complex workflows and custom connectors.
Hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure Functions.
Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint development, and business intelligence concepts.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Analytical problem-solving mindset with strong communication and attention to scalability, usability, and performance.
Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and Microsoft Graph API.
Preferred knowledge of Microsoft governance, compliance, and security.
Preferred experience building enterprise automation solutions and automating workflows across operations, finance, HR, or sales.
