Description

  • Build and improve AI-driven workflows, agents, prompts, and operational systems.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation, research, outreach, design, and internal execution.
  • Manage company social media channels end-to-end and maintain content calendars across platforms.
  • Draft, schedule, and repurpose LinkedIn and podcast content into posts, clips, summaries, and engagement assets.
  • Coordinate podcast production from recording logistics through editing, publishing, and promotion.
  • Build and manage LinkedIn outreach workflows, cold email campaigns, and targeted lead databases.
  • Update websites and landing pages and create branded marketing materials, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Support newsletters, outbound email communication, nurture sequences, and client relationship initiatives.
  • Coordinate conference, webinar, and event logistics, including registrations, sponsorships, vendors, shipping, and travel.
  • Handle light technical updates such as DNS changes and configuration tasks, and collaborate with developers when needed.

Requirements

  • Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to build workflows, prompts, automations, or operational systems using AI tools.
  • Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability.
  • Experience managing content, marketing, outreach, or communication workflows.
  • Experience creating social media content, newsletters, outreach campaigns, or marketing assets.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating technical platforms and dashboards independently.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Experience using Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
  • Reliable remote work setup with a stable internet connection.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and execution skills.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, operations, or content coordination roles is preferred.
  • Podcast editing, production, or audio/video editing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, or cold outreach systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with elective healthcare, aesthetics, ophthalmology, medspa, or plastic surgery industries is preferred.
  • Experience with webinar coordination and event logistics is preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Supabase, or Cloudflare is preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon KDP or self-publishing workflows is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and audience engagement is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools for design, content scaling, workflow automation, or operational efficiency is preferred.
