Description

  • Build, optimize, and manage AI-powered workflows, automations, agents, and operational systems.
  • Continuously test emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI.
  • Manage company social media channels and publish content across multiple platforms.
  • Develop LinkedIn content for leadership and company branding, and maintain content calendars.
  • Repurpose long-form content into social posts, video clips, summaries, newsletters, and promotional assets.
  • Coordinate podcast scheduling, recording logistics, editing, publication, and promotion.
  • Build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and support cold email initiatives, including setup, domain management, and warm-up processes.
  • Create and maintain prospect databases and optimize targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
  • Update websites and landing pages, and create presentations, sales collateral, event materials, and marketing assets.
  • Coordinate event registrations, sponsorships, vendor communication, travel logistics, webinar preparation, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • Daily hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar tools.
  • Experience building AI workflows, automations, prompt systems, and operational processes.
  • Strong written English and copywriting skills.
  • Experience managing content, marketing, outreach, or communications projects.
  • Experience creating social media content, newsletters, marketing campaigns, or outreach initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new software independently.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
  • Reliable remote work environment with stable internet.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, content operations, or marketing coordination is preferred.
  • Podcast production or audio/video editing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or LinkedIn automation platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with webinar management, event coordination, or email marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with GitHub, Supabase, or Cloudflare is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Amazon KDP or self-publishing workflows is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI for content creation, design, automation, or marketing operations is preferred.
