Description

  • Design and build realistic lab scenarios covering containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud environments.
  • Own provisioning, scripting, troubleshooting, and reliability for the training platform, LMS, and supporting tools.
  • Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and demonstrations for audiences with varying levels of expertise.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create structured learning journeys, courseware, and YAML- and Markdown-based documentation.
  • Use AI coding and agent tools to accelerate lab development, scripting, content creation, and troubleshooting while validating outputs.
  • Drive training projects independently from inception through delivery and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align training with product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Use feedback and metrics to improve content, labs, and delivery; define best practices and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise with containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and/or public cloud services.
  • Understanding of cloud-native technologies, CIEM, CNAPP, DevOps tools, and methodologies.
  • Fluency in one or two programming languages, such as Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Experience authoring YAML- and Markdown-based content and working with APIs.
  • 3+ years of experience instructing technical concepts and producing clear technical documentation.
  • Ability to both build technical training content and deliver it confidently to varied audiences.
  • Experience using AI coding or agent CLI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
  • Fluent written and spoken English for global training delivery.
  • Analytical, autonomous approach with experience using feedback, data, and metrics to improve learning solutions.
