Description

  • Develop data and AI strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Design implementation roadmaps, future-state operating models, and data management processes.
  • Advise clients on cloud computing, data platforms, integration, governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritize data and AI use cases by business value and complexity, including SWOT and technology-rationalization analysis.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and “art of the possible” sessions focused on business outcomes.
  • Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders through clear presentations and compelling recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Data Engineers, and Change Leaders.
  • Build client relationships and collaborate with technology partners, sales teams, and delivery teams across global locations.
  • Develop advisory offerings, strengthen cross-practice relationships, and mentor high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a hands-on AI and Data Strategy leader leading strategy engagements.
  • 4+ years of consulting leadership experience with external clients and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience applying evolving AI capabilities to revenue growth, customer experience, and new product development.
  • Industry expertise in areas such as financial services, healthcare, or retail.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Expertise in business-focused opportunity identification, roadmap development, operating models, business cases, and ROI analysis.
  • Knowledge of cloud ecosystems, modern data architectures, data platforms, integration patterns, data quality, governance, privacy, security, and regulatory needs.
  • Knowledge of industry strategy frameworks and global privacy requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven team leadership, coaching, mentoring, client communication, and distributed global collaboration skills; willingness to travel up to 50% per month.
