Description

  • Build, test, and improve AI-powered workflows, prompt systems, agents, and marketing automations.
  • Manage social media channels, content calendars, leadership content, and multi-channel content repurposing.
  • Coordinate podcast recording, editing, publishing, show notes, clips, and promotional assets.
  • Build and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including lead sourcing, sequencing, infrastructure, and tracking.
  • Update websites and landing pages and create pitch decks, sales collateral, event materials, and other creative assets.
  • Create newsletters, nurture sequences, client communications, sales follow-ups, and funnel communication workflows.
  • Coordinate conferences, webinars, travel, sponsorships, vendors, registrations, booth materials, and event logistics.
  • Perform basic technical operations involving GitHub, Supabase, Cloudflare, DNS, configuration changes, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Research emerging AI tools and proactively recommend growth, campaign, content, and operational improvements.
  • Support leadership with high-priority execution projects and own initiatives from idea through completion.

Requirements

  • Daily, hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, AI copilots, automation platforms, or similar systems.
  • Ability to create effective prompts, reusable AI workflows, and custom automations.
  • Experience with social media management, content creation, campaign execution, and cross-channel content repurposing.
  • Strong written English and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, resourcefulness, independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working with dashboards, technical tools, unfamiliar systems, and AI-assisted troubleshooting.
  • Reliable remote-work setup and availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
  • Podcast production or editing experience preferred.
  • Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing platforms, Canva, or AI-assisted design preferred.
  • Experience with cold email infrastructure, Amazon KDP, startups, GitHub, Supabase, Cloudflare, or healthcare/aesthetics industries preferred.
