Description

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design scalable AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Translate business requirements into efficient automation solutions and recommend process improvements.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Integrate AI services such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLM APIs into workflows.
  • Connect business applications through APIs, webhooks, triggers, filters, and conditional logic.
  • Troubleshoot workflow failures, API errors, and integration issues.
  • Monitor workflow performance and optimize speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Document workflows, integrations, logic, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, leadership, and technical teams, and train internal users on automation processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in workflow automation, process optimization, systems operations, or business process engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience integrating AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar services.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
  • Experience with Python or JavaScript is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, or database-driven workflows is preferred.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization is preferred.
  • Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere is preferred.
  • Experience building AI agents, internal assistants, or operational automation systems is preferred.
