Description

  • Coordinate instructors, student schedules, and virtual tutoring sessions to support program delivery.
  • Track and monitor student academic progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and maintaining schedules.
  • Support Regional Operations and help maintain people, financial, and academic operating standards.
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Manage class staffing and scheduling to meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and build positive relationships with students and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and internal teams in a virtual environment.
  • Manage time independently while complying with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–3 years of progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Clear and excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong time management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities successfully and work independently.
  • Professional, approachable demeanor with the ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and high ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with in-person, phone, and video communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Ability to build trust and manage virtual relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
  • Ability to manage remote teachers and virtual relationships.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is beneficial.
