Description

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and process daily financial transactions.
  • Process invoices, expenses, reconciliations, and transaction tracking.
  • Support payroll processing, payment calculations, and month-end bookkeeping activities.
  • Prepare financial, tax, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment needs.
  • Maintain inventory tracking systems, generate reports, and identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate vendor communications, payment schedules, contracts, and outstanding balances.
  • Track expenses, support cost-control efforts, and keep vendor records organized.
  • Create and update spreadsheets, trackers, and operational reports.
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and help improve internal processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, financial administration, or administrative operations.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management, vendor coordination, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Square, or similar accounting or payment platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience supporting small businesses, creative agencies, or service-based companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with U.S. bookkeeping practices, small business tax documentation, payroll processing, or vendor contract management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; bookkeeping or accounting certifications are a plus.
