Description

  • Generate and distribute customer invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Process vendor invoices, verify payment details, and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Calculate, process, and document sales commissions while resolving related inquiries with sales leadership.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end close activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and supporting schedules in QuickBooks and Salesforce.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports and review data for trends, inconsistencies, and errors.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams on financial issues and workflow improvements.
  • Support audit preparation, internal controls, and accounting process compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or Bill.com (required).
  • Experience with Salesforce (required).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
  • Experience calculating and managing sales commissions (preferred).
  • Experience supporting finance operations in growing organizations (preferred).
  • Experience with month-end close and financial reporting (preferred).
  • Familiarity working with remote teams (preferred).
  • Additional accounting certifications or coursework (preferred).
