Description

Own the recruitment process from intake through successful placement.
Conduct kickoff meetings to understand hiring goals, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop sourcing strategies and source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal talent pools, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process and ensure complete application packages before submission.
Prepare candidates for client interviews and maintain communication through onboarding.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide hiring updates and market insights.
Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, and manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems and keep pipelines organized and up to date.
Continuously improve recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and hiring process efficiency.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruiting.
Experience managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Strong experience sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong interviewing and relationship-building abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Preferred experience recruiting for technical, sales, operations, or executive leadership roles.
Preferred agency or staffing industry experience, remote global talent recruiting experience, or familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools.
