Description

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients and provide ongoing training and support to drive sustained business growth.
  • Educate clients on the latest Meta and Google Ads features, tactics, and strategies.
  • Develop case studies that showcase customer success and the effectiveness of Pattern’s strategies.
  • Retain 100% of business and revenue within the assigned portfolio.
  • Identify and manage high-potential small clients in the Core service to help them scale.
  • Support the Commercial team during the sales process by delivering platform demos and strategic consultation.
  • Contribute expertise to company events, blogs, and other marketing channels.
  • Assist with interviewing candidates for the Commercial team.
  • Deliver catalog analysis and insights using the platform.
  • Incorporate feedback and apply learnings to improve client outcomes and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital media or performance marketing.
  • Previous client-facing or account management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Goal-oriented and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of additional regional languages is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively use and demonstrate platform features to clients.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, including the ability to derive insights from platform data.
  • Experience preparing professional accomplishments with measurable, data-backed examples is preferred.
