Description

  • Triage incoming requests from across the organization and determine which problems are worth solving.
  • Conduct discovery work including process mapping, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and workflow documentation.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, including wireframes, user flows, and interface designs.
  • Define both the visual layer and the underlying process for each solution.
  • Use low-code, no-code, and AI-assisted development tools to build working prototypes.
  • Own solutions end-to-end from discovery through design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to transition prototype solutions into scaled applications.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and communicate status with minimal oversight.
  • Make decisions in ambiguous situations and move work forward autonomously.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in roles combining problem-solving, process improvement, and hands-on solution delivery.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience leading intake conversations with stakeholders across an organization.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify breakdowns, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code platforms such as Retool.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • Ability to understand databases and explore data in tools like Snowflake.
  • Preferred experience with data pipelines, integrations, or API-based workflows.
  • Preferred familiarity with JavaScript or Python at a read-and-modify level.
  • Preferred familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and project management tools such as Jira and GitHub.
  • Preferred experience with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or BPMN.
  • Preferred background in business process automation or operations consulting.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, cross-functional environments with broad ownership.
  • Willingness to teach others about AI tools and explain their limits clearly.
  • Passion for building products that create meaningful impact in healthcare.
