Description

  • Monitor and respond to inbound customer chat inquiries, routing them as needed.
  • Assist with completing basic customer and vendor forms, including RFIs and ACH requests.
  • Support task management for Account Managers, including out-of-office coverage.
  • Review account assignment data such as duplicates, geography, and device counts.
  • Partner with Finance to assist with invoice requests and customer follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate Accounts and Contacts in Salesforce.
  • Support cleanup of Opportunities, including ownership, stages, close dates, and related records.
  • Update and maintain Account information, including billing details and key attributes.
  • Validate customer and sales data using Method when discrepancies arise.
  • Document repeatable processes, data cleanup steps, and data updates while supporting ongoing data governance efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling inbound customer inquiries and providing timely support.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills with the ability to find information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow documented processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work 30–40 hours per week for a 3–6 month 1099 contract, with a possibility of conversion to full-time.
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state for fully remote work at the time of hire.
