Description

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned channel partners, including MSPs, resellers, and distributors, as the primary commercial point of contact.
  • Drive revenue growth and retention through partner-led renewals, expansions, and new business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners by aligning Patch My PC solutions with their business models, customer needs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support the end-customer experience when customers engage directly, including onboarding support, issue resolution, commercial questions, and escalations in coordination with the partner.
  • Orchestrate partner-led opportunities end-to-end, including pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strong commercial execution and outcomes.
  • Build strong product and industry knowledge to position value and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and pipeline data in Salesforce to support forecasting and prioritization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales or account management with a strong focus on channel partners such as MSPs, resellers, or distributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and grow partner relationships while influencing partner-led pipelines and delivering measurable revenue and retention outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing renewals, expansions, and complex deal cycles through channel partners.
  • Ability to balance partner ownership with responsibility for the end-customer experience during onboarding, issue resolution, and commercial support.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • A growth mindset with openness to feedback, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-evolving environment.
  • High level of operational discipline, including accurate pipeline and account management in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Exposure to partner enablement activities such as co-selling, sales training, or joint go-to-market planning is preferred.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based SaaS models, including device-based or usage-based licensing, is preferred.
