Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 45 premium creators, primarily in the US, and guide them through onboarding, launch, monetization, and retention.
  • Run structured business review sessions and momentum calls to challenge creator thinking and keep growth on track.
  • Advise creators on offer refinement, pricing, funnel strategy, and launch preparation.
  • Monitor portfolio health, engagement signals, lifecycle triggers, churn risk, and revenue milestones.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities through strategic conversations and business reviews.
  • Execute and improve lifecycle, onboarding, launch, and retention playbooks.
  • Share creator feedback and market insights with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on retention objectives and other customer success OKRs.
  • Ensure creators are adopting new product features and using them to improve outcomes.
  • Document success plans, progress, and measurable outcomes for each creator.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or revenue-focused client roles.
  • Experience advising customers on business or monetization strategy.
  • Practical understanding of the creator economy.
  • Commercial confidence in renewal and upsell conversations.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and structured thinking.
  • Experience creating success plans and working in high-touch environments where ownership matters.
  • Comfort using CRMs such as HubSpot and tracking portfolio health.
  • Experience with NRR, expansion, and revenue impact.
  • Preferred: built or scaled a digital product or personal brand.
  • Preferred: coached creators or entrepreneurs.
  • Preferred: ability to tailor support by use case and understand lifecycle triggers and health scores.
  • Preferred: analytical decision-making and data-led judgment.
  • Preferred: technical comfort discussing integrations, backend logic, or automations.
  • Preferred: experience in fast-moving startup environments.
