Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 45 premium creators, primarily in the US, and provide high-touch support throughout their lifecycle.
  • Guide creators in refining offers, pricing, funnel strategy, and launch planning to improve growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Run structured business reviews, momentum calls, and lifecycle playbook execution to proactively drive creator success.
  • Monitor portfolio health metrics, churn signals, engagement, NRR, and expansion opportunities to steer outcomes before problems emerge.
  • Document progress, revenue milestones, and success plans in a clear and measurable way.
  • Help creators adopt and leverage new product features to improve their business performance.
  • Share creator feedback and insights with Product and Marketing teams to influence product decisions and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on retention OKRs and broader Customer Success strategy.
  • Refine onboarding, launch, and retention playbooks and contribute to scalable high-touch systems.
  • Support creators in becoming long-term, profitable brand advocates and app businesses.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CSM, onboarding, or revenue-focused client roles.
  • Experience advising customers on business or monetization strategy.
  • Practical understanding of the creator economy.
  • Commercial confidence with comfort handling upsell and renewal conversations.
  • Ability to balance empathy with direct, clear communication and structured thinking.
  • Experience creating success plans rather than simply following them.
  • Background in high-touch environments where ownership is important.
  • Comfort using CRMs such as HubSpot and tracking portfolio health.
  • Experience building or scaling a digital product or personal brand is strongly preferred.
  • Experience coaching creators or entrepreneurs is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-led decision making.
  • Technical comfort discussing integrations, backend logic, or automations.
  • Familiarity with NRR, expansion, lifecycle triggers, and health scores.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
