Description

  • Develop and execute account plans for assigned enterprise customers to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage key stakeholders within enterprise accounts to understand their goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to position the company’s offerings effectively.
  • Provide regular account updates and revenue forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional sales training courses preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the enterprise software or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
