Description

  • Drive deeper workflow solutions and demonstrate the value of Parrot Analytics’ content demand analytics by defining and developing key insights for partners.
  • Act as an extension of partner teams through regular check-ins and in-person meetings to ensure insights are applied to mission-critical business challenges.
  • Lead analyses and demonstrations for prospective and existing partners to showcase capabilities and highlight the value of demand, applied analytics, and content valuation data.
  • Identify and progress partner account expansion opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Leverage, implement, and integrate external and internal AI tools into team workflows and act as a conduit between Insights and Development to scale impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to surface partner needs and feedback and bring in team members to deliver on partner asks.
  • Develop and maintain a public thought leadership profile through webinars, industry events, and authored publications.
  • Mentor and train junior Insights team members and identify/standardize team-wide operating processes to improve consistency and delivery quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a client-facing strategic role in media, entertainment, management consulting, or a data analytics company.
  • Experience working with (or within) major studios, streamers, or agencies is highly valued.
  • Proven track record building trusted relationships with executives and senior leaders.
  • Comfort interpreting complex datasets, distilling them into actionable insights, and translating analysis into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the entertainment value chain (content development, commissioning, acquisition, distribution, monetization across platforms).
  • Strong experience with data visualization platforms and the ability to build dynamic dashboards and communicate insights visually.
  • Hands-on analytical experience using leading AI platforms and proficiency integrating AI-assisted coding into tools and workflows.
  • Experience leading client projects independently; proactive, decisive, and calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for structuring data-driven narratives that influence senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial savvy with the ability to identify growth opportunities and support renewals and expansions; fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
