Description

  • Provide technical sales leadership and support throughout the sales process.
  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to mobile network operator technical managers.
  • Document complete network solutions, including RAN and related components, using diagrams and written descriptions.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert on the company’s products and industry trends.
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal development, implementation, and support teams.
  • Develop technical sales materials for customer engagement.
  • Support sales and marketing targets regionally and globally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders and build new relationships with existing and prospective mobile network operators.
  • Track industry technology trends through self-study and formal training.

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of professional experience in solution sales engineering working with mobile network operators.
  • Deep understanding of Radio Access Network, OSS, and Core across 2G, 4G, and 5G.
  • Extensive knowledge of the mobile network operator environment and cellular networks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical executives.
  • Experience creating high-quality presentations and proposal documents.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to influence client mindshare.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% within the region.
