Description

  • Develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, paid digital, webinars, and direct outreach to land and expand enterprise accounts.
  • Build brand awareness and consideration through earned strategy, LinkedIn engagement, owned content, and other demand-generation channels.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of brand messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and differentiation across marketing channels.
  • Oversee personalization and distribution of content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars for target audiences.
  • Deploy and experiment with AI tools for content generation, personalization, segmentation, and analytics to improve campaign performance.
  • Orchestrate a content and ABM calendar aligned with product launches and campaign timing.
  • Measure and report on ABM and content metrics including engagement, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Translate campaign data and customer insights into actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support to support broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a technology-driven, high-growth environment.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies; experience in AV, drones, robotics, computer vision, or AI is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of ABM principles and proficiency with platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Experience in demand generation and pipeline-building with a strong focus on B2B marketing and lead conversion.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools such as GPT-based content personalization, AI-driven segmentation or analysis, Claude, n8n, Clay, or Gong.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to draw insights from data and optimize content or channel performance.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to translate deep technical content into business benefits for non-technical audiences; entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a hybrid or remote startup setting.
