Description

  • Own the Germany market roadmap and local execution of Deblock’s global go-to-market playbook.
  • Build and manage localized growth initiatives, including payment integrations and other market-specific acquisition strategies.
  • Develop a scalable omni-channel creator and influencer engine across finance, tech, and lifestyle verticals.
  • Identify, pitch, and close strategic commercial partnerships and integrations relevant to German consumers.
  • Lead efforts to build local trust signals, including consumer programs and certifications.
  • Serve as Deblock’s primary spokesperson in podcasts, on TV panels, and at industry events.
  • Act as the operational bridge between founders, marketing leadership, and on-the-ground market execution.
  • Create models, decks, and project plans to support structured, data-driven decision-making.
  • Work cross-functionally to localize messaging and brand positioning for the German market.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of experience, likely beginning in management consulting or investment banking and followed by hands-on experience at a high-growth B2C startup.
  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to build models, presentations, and project plans.
  • Experience in B2C marketing, including customer acquisition funnels and CAC/LTV analysis.
  • Ability to build a brand that resonates with German consumers.
  • Comfort presenting publicly on conference stages, podcasts, TV panels, and industry events.
  • Prior experience helping scale a consumer app or fintech product in the DACH market is a strong plus.
  • Experience navigating German regulatory nuances or consumer protection hurdles is a strong plus.
  • A growing network across German fintech, media, and local payment platforms is a strong plus.
