Description

  • Design, build, harden, and deploy end-to-end agentic solutions from scoping through production and handoff.
  • Own the AI automation roadmap by identifying and prioritizing high-leverage opportunities in internal operations.
  • Lead a small pod of 2-4 engineers as a hands-on player-coach.
  • Conduct discovery with internal teams to map current workflows and uncover intervention points.
  • Turn business problems into AI-first systems that improve throughput and operational leverage.
  • Influence company-wide decisions on models, orchestration frameworks, agent toolkits, and workflow platforms.
  • Write production code and manage orchestration layers, testing, and system maintenance.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop engineers while maintaining a high code-quality and velocity bar.

Requirements

  • Experience as a software engineer with strong system design, deployment, APIs, data flow, and SDLC knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Experience with voice-agent infrastructure, MCP, and multi-agent coordination.
  • Proven track record of personally building and deploying AI-powered systems that produced operational outcomes.
  • Ability to ship meaningful systems quickly using modern AI coding tools.
  • Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders and translating needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience leading small, high-output technical teams in a player-coach model.
  • Nice to have: deep ML experience.
  • Nice to have: business transformation and change-management experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no employer visa sponsorship is available for this role.
