Description

  • Build deep market expertise on how Operations, Safety, Compliance, and Risk leaders think, buy, and measure success.
  • Map buyer personas and decode their metrics, motivations, and decision drivers.
  • Refine the value proposition and messaging for enterprise use cases across new verticals.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to launch targeted campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Equip Sales with battlecards, use-case playbooks, and narratives that improve win rates.
  • Collaborate with Product to incorporate verified customer feedback into roadmap influence.
  • Work with Customer Experience and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and feedback loops.
  • Audit existing corporate messaging assets and identify gaps against customer pain points.
  • Develop refreshed industry-specific messaging documents and campaign strategies.
  • Lead corporate product launch messaging and measure sales conversion and pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise software marketing or strategy, especially in LMS, LXP, or knowledge systems.
  • Background in selling into or marketing for regulated industries or other high-stakes enterprise environments.
  • Experience positioning AI capabilities or working in hybrid product-led growth (PLG) business models (preferred).
  • A portfolio showing successful entry into new corporate verticals or heavily regulated industrial segments (preferred).
  • Strong ability to translate technical product updates and complex features into clear value statements.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Understanding of enterprise learning ecosystems, business workflows, and corporate buyer motivations.
  • Commercial orientation with attention to pipeline influence, win rates, and content utilization.
  • Ability to work remotely in the US.
  • Compensation aligned to a $100,000-$110,000 annual salary range plus bonus eligibility.
