Description

  • Develop and execute a sales enablement roadmap covering onboarding, skill development, sales effectiveness, and manager training.
  • Design and continuously improve onboarding for new Commercial team members across Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships.
  • Lead training programs on discovery, value-based selling, storytelling, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Design and deliver manager development programs that strengthen coaching and leadership capabilities.
  • Analyze performance data, Gong calls, and team feedback to identify skill gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product to align enablement with business priorities and product launches.
  • Create and deliver learning content through live workshops, async materials, coaching guides, and toolkits.
  • Build a measurement framework to track program adoption, success metrics, and revenue impact.
  • Stay current on learning trends, sales innovations, and emerging technologies to improve how work gets done.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a similar role.
  • Experience building enablement programs from scratch, including onboarding, soft skills training, or manager development.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and the full buyer’s journey.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills for both individual contributors and leadership audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives autonomously.
  • Analytical, impact-driven mindset that uses data and feedback to refine programs.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to support revenue targets and sales performance.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work in a lean, dynamic team.
  • Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies.
  • Preferred: firsthand sales experience or experience coaching salespeople and sales managers.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, Highspot, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: experience scaling programs with limited budget and resources.
  • Preferred: interest in or knowledge of the creator economy.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
