Description

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
  • Own the full sales cycle end to end, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
  • Build and expand relationships with brands and agencies to grow existing accounts and secure new business.
  • Develop tailored creator marketing strategies with internal teams that clearly communicate value and ROI.
  • Grow client accounts from smaller initial engagements into larger strategic partnerships through value-led selling.
  • Advocate for client needs internally while coordinating with product, creator success, and strategy teams.
  • Track industry and platform trends and bring an informed point of view on creator marketing, measurement, and performance.
  • Maintain an organized sales process by documenting steps clearly and contributing to workflow improvements.
  • Manage multiple pitches per week and keep a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Work remotely while traveling approximately 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in digital, social, or creator marketing.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle with demonstrated revenue growth or strong potential to do so.
  • A personal network of influencer or social platform buyers is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of measurement across organic and paid media and the ability to tell a data-informed performance story.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, changing market conditions, and a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-sufficient, highly accountable, and able to learn processes quickly without repeated instruction.
  • Open to strong junior candidates with high potential.
  • Willingness to travel about 30% of the time.
