Description

  • Execute and evolve the existing SEO roadmap, including technical recommendations, metadata updates, content initiatives, and optimization opportunities.
  • Improve visibility and citation share across AI-powered search experiences such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing AI.
  • Identify, develop, and optimize high-intent content opportunities that capture underserved search demand.
  • Structure, optimize, and publish proprietary PadSplit data and research to strengthen the company’s authority on housing and financial mobility topics.
  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl health, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and structured data implementation.
  • Improve the performance of city-level and market-specific landing pages and help build SEO foundations for new market launches.
  • Partner with PR, content, and external partners to grow backlinks, brand mentions, and distribution of research.
  • Own SEO reporting and analytics, tracking organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and AI citation visibility.
  • Collaborate with an external SEO consultant and internal stakeholders to execute SEO work and share actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience optimizing content and websites for AI-generated search experiences using structured data, entity development, and citation-focused content strategies.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge, including schema markup, crawl analysis, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and technical auditing tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
  • Demonstrated ability to use LLMs and AI tools to automate research, scale content production, streamline analysis, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in mapping content to search intent, developing content briefs, evaluating quality, and connecting SEO efforts to business outcomes.
  • Experience using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or similar platforms to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives across technical, content, and authority-building workstreams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for documentation, briefs, recommendations, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies; SQL experience and familiarity with BI tools such as Looker Studio are a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
