Description

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic, visibility, and qualified leads in the LATAM region.
  • Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits and ensure improvements are implemented on time.
  • Perform keyword research and clustering to optimize content and landing pages for high-value search queries.
  • Improve technical SEO elements such as site speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
  • Manage backlink strategy, including link-building initiatives and toxic link risk mitigation.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Collaborate with content, product, design, development, and marketing teams to apply SEO best practices across projects.
  • Identify content gaps to build topical authority and stay current on SEO trends and algorithm updates.
  • Support SEO optimization across multilingual and global platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of organic growth on multilingual or multiregional projects.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Strong technical SEO skills, including audits, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first optimization.
  • Solid content SEO expertise, including keyword research, clustering, semantic SEO, and on-page optimization.
  • Experience with backlink strategy, link profile analysis, and outreach coordination.
  • Ability to plan, forecast, and track SEO budgets, including translations and link-building expenses.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or custom systems, plus basic HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Knowledge of the financial/trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, and crypto, and its impact on keyword strategy.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Knowledge of the trading industry, Forex, CFDs, crypto, or commodities (preferred).
  • Experience working with LATAM region specifics (preferred).
