Description

Develop and execute a multi-location local SEO strategy to improve visibility, traffic, and admissions growth.
Create and maintain local market launch playbooks for new treatment locations.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across all locations.
Oversee local listings and citation management to ensure accurate NAP consistency across directories and platforms.
Optimize location-specific web pages for content, keywords, user experience, and conversions.
Lead online reputation management by monitoring reviews and coordinating response strategies.
Implement local technical SEO initiatives such as schema markup, internal linking, landing page architecture, and indexing improvements.
Analyze and report on local search metrics and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and performance gaps to improve local market presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, analytics, paid media, web development, legal, compliance, and operations.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience leading multi-site or multi-location Local SEO programs.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
EST or CST strongly preferred.
Expertise with Google Business Profiles, local listings, citation management, schema markup, technical SEO, analytics, and reporting.
Experience with Yext or similar listing management platforms preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to develop data-driven SEO strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Full-time availability on a 9a–5p EST schedule.
100% remote work environment.
