Description

  • Own the mobile product roadmap, including backlog management, prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with engineering and design to scope, plan, test, and launch product initiatives across mobile and web experiences.
  • Collaborate with operations, support, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders to align product work with company goals and user needs.
  • Use analytics, experimentation, customer feedback, and operational insights to prioritize features and improvements.
  • Advocate for members and hosts by identifying friction points and improving the overall user experience.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Track KPIs related to engagement, retention, activation, conversion, operational efficiency, and product performance.
  • Support and execute product experiments, A/B tests, and iterative improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve scalability across product experiences.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product delivery roles, ideally in mobile, marketplace, or B2C environments.
  • Experience working on mobile applications with an understanding of mobile user behavior, usability, and product delivery cycles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience managing product backlogs and working with engineering teams.
  • Comfort working with product metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable product recommendations and tradeoff decisions.
  • Track record of successfully shipping products and features from concept through launch, iteration, and optimization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and operational realities.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, GA4, or similar product and analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working on marketplace products or operationally complex systems is strongly preferred.

Benefits

  • $55,000 - $70,000 a year compensation.
  • Direct contract with PadSplit.
  • Invoices are paid out twice a month.
  • Remote role.
  • Eligibility-based interview process with a human-led review and structured interviews.
