Description

  • Design, map, and prioritize mystery box, battle, reward multiplier, affiliate, and physical fulfillment features.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog from 0 to 1 using Linear or Jira.
  • Write detailed user stories, technical acceptance criteria, and API requirements.
  • Partner with engineering on scalable Web3 and backend architectures.
  • Ensure provably fair algorithms, crypto-wallet connections, smart contracts, and real-time on-chain events function effectively.
  • Collaborate with product designers on intuitive, high-energy e-commerce interfaces.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Design, and Leadership through sprint execution.
  • Remove technical blockers and ensure features launch on schedule.
  • Define digital-to-physical redemption, shipping, inventory, and marketplace flows.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of iGaming, skin economies, case-opening platforms, or gamified loot-box mechanics.
  • Knowledge of case battles, item rarity tiers, house edges, provably fair systems, and reward mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with crypto payment gateways, wallet connections such as MetaMask or Phantom, and Web3 user flows.
  • Deep understanding of web and mobile architecture, APIs, database events, and technical trade-offs.
  • Ability to participate effectively in technical architecture discussions with senior engineers.
  • Understanding of digital-to-physical redemption, shipping, vault inventory, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Strong visual judgment and experience reviewing Figma designs for conversion optimization and feedback loops (preferred).
  • Experience in fast-moving, low-process startup environments (preferred).
