Description

  • Manage client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and updates on product changes and relevant information.
  • Proactively schedule recurring client calls to understand needs, challenges, and feedback.
  • Attend meetings with key stakeholders, including engineers, product owners, and vendor managers, to strengthen client relationships.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and resolve client support tickets, escalating or collaborating with customer success when needed.
  • Review client usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including client details, interactions, agreements, preferences, and key contacts.
  • Review and verify invoices and coordinate with finance to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Define long-term account objectives with clients and maintain updated account plans aligned to those goals.
  • Identify, present, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities in the existing client base and support proposal and deal closure efforts.
  • Collect customer feedback and represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and decisions.
  • Coordinate with technical, support, and legal teams to address client requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Negotiate renewal contracts, ensure agreements are documented and signed, and manage renewal execution.
  • Assess client satisfaction, identify attrition risks, and create action plans to retain at-risk accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing and upselling strategic and enterprise B2B accounts in the technology sector.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering.
  • MBA is a plus, preferably from a tier-1 B-school such as IIM, ISB, FMS, MDI, or SPJIMR.
  • Eligible to travel to Europe and within India.
  • Strong technical acumen and interest in understanding the company’s technology.
  • Proven experience working with technical stakeholders such as product owners, software engineers, and CTOs.
  • Experience serving clients in industries such as Marketing & Advertising, Travel & Hospitality, Ecommerce, Cybersecurity, and Financial Services.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in both English and Hindi.
