Description

  • Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for painting, drywall, and sheetrock scopes.
  • Prepare accurate measurements and material lists to support estimating.
  • Use STACK software to complete takeoff tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accuracy and meet project deadlines.
  • Support multifamily and residential project estimating needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at B2 Advanced level or higher.
  • Solid experience in construction takeoffs, with a focus on painting, drywall, and sheetrock.
  • Hands-on experience with STACK is required.
  • Ability to navigate the STACK platform independently.
  • Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
  • Previous experience working on multifamily and residential projects.
