Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing and sourcing through to placement.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
  • Monitor recruitment activity, pipeline progress, and sourcing metrics.
  • Work closely with Australian clients to understand role requirements, priorities, and candidate preferences.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback and keep candidates updated throughout the process.
  • Provide recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and vacancy status reports to management and clients.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, recruitment platforms, and outbound campaigns.
  • Conduct initial phone and video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Prepare candidate summaries, scorecards, and recommendations for clients.
  • Coordinate interviews, references, background checks, documentation, and offer negotiations.
  • Support other recruiters with sourcing and screening when required.
  • Review and improve sourcing strategies, screening questions, interview processes, and assessment methods.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an agency, outsourcing, or high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn sourcing/outreach.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean/search techniques and proactive candidate identification.
  • Experience working with an ATS, recruitment CRM, or candidate database; Lever experience is preferred.
  • Excellent phone and video interviewing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for working with Australian clients and hiring managers.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Genuine interest in AI tools and quick ability to learn new AI-powered platforms is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, client-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
