Description

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support hiring needs.
  • Identify effective recruiting methods to attract candidates.
  • Write and post job descriptions for open roles.
  • Source candidates on LinkedIn and other niche platforms or databases.
  • Parse resumes to screen applicants for specialized skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities.
  • Lead pre-interview evaluations using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
  • Coordinate with the Managing Director to forecast hiring needs and department goals.
  • Craft personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates and prepare job offer letters.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document duties and requirements.
  • Stay current on new technological trends and products.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with interview formats including Zoom, Skype, phone, and Google Meet.
  • Technical ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles is required.
  • Ability to work remotely from the Philippines in a full-time role.
