Description

  • Drive end-to-end program management across software engineering, product, finance, and design for commerce and partner features.
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Software Engineering, Business, and QA teams throughout the development process.
  • Plan and facilitate major software feature launches in coordination with hardware launches.
  • Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and program health to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative, productive environment with clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from initial ideation and feasibility through the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with agile development teams and familiarity with SDLC.
  • Experience with eCommerce transactions, NetSuite, and B2B systems, including hands-on API implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical and organizational guidance for consumer eCommerce and B2B API implementations.
  • Ability to understand and connect holistic architecture across app, cloud, IT, finance, and marketing contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex challenges clearly to different audiences.
  • Expert-level proficiency with program management tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Miro.
  • Proactive, strategic, results-oriented self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Comfort working across multiple time zones, with emphasis on US East Coast hours.
  • Experience with software development for ecommerce, consumer software products, and consumer hardware products.
  • Hybrid or office preference supported through Oura offices in San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles; occasional co-working meetups in other major cities.
  • Early hours to collaborate with EU coworkers will be required.
