Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, subject matter expert, and relationship manager for Finance and Accounting teams using NetSuite.
  • Create and customize NetSuite reports, saved searches, dashboards, and basic ERP configurations.
  • Document and design solutions based on accounting and finance business requirements.
  • Support and coordinate larger NetSuite integration projects with other internal teams.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, design, and implementation of NetSuite administration requests.
  • Participate in business process improvement, NetSuite enhancement, GAAP and SOX compliance, and new module implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external NetSuite consulting partners on strategic projects.
  • Ensure solutions follow Oura and NetSuite best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in IT business systems analysis or consulting, with a focus on financial system enhancements and ERP implementations such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
  • 3+ years of NetSuite administration or NetSuite consulting experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with organizations adhering to GAAP and SOX.
  • Strong functional knowledge of core accounting, Inventory and COGS accounting, and finance processes as they relate to NetSuite ERP workflows.
  • Proficiency mapping and documenting business processes using tools such as Confluence, Visio, or Miro.
  • Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in NetSuite.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite-integrated system concepts, including iPaaS tools such as Workato, APIs, or direct point-to-point integrations.
  • Experience working with OneWorld or multi-subsidiary multinational organizations on NetSuite.
  • Proactive project management and communication skills in large ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Experience with supply chain processes, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, CRM, and CPQ systems.
  • NetSuite SuiteScript or JavaScript experience, preferred.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification or other NetSuite certification, preferred.
  • CPA, CITP, or CISA certification, preferred.
  • Experience with the Multi-Book Accounting feature in NetSuite, preferred.
