Description

  • Lead and manage projects supporting the Global Key Account Program and its strategic objectives.
  • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items from global key account meetings.
  • Maintain accurate client information, account plans, reports, and client portal content.
  • Engage internal stakeholders with insights and information supporting key client relationships.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure agreed action items are completed on time.
  • Partner with CRM managers to maintain accurate client data and relevant communications, events, and campaigns.
  • Support regional leaders, market leaders, and attorneys with client development initiatives and events.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly program reporting covering performance, insights, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate on tailored business development initiatives that support growth across key accounts.
  • Provide responsive, professional support while contributing to a proactive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm or professional services organization; law firm experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of legal AI platforms such as Harvey, Legora, or comparable tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present information to firm leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Copilot or similar tools, and AI-enabled project management or workflow tools.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, sales, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-management, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and relationship-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and follow through on commitments.

Benefits

  • Compensation and benefits package based on experience and hiring location.
  • For Canada-based candidates, annual compensation ranges from CAD 60,000 to CAD 75,000.
